Timber-Houses is a UK based company and was formed as a result of cooperation with our parent company Arctic Discovery and Arctic Discovery Sweden.

With a view to providing the public with the opportunity of owning genuine Scandinavian properties, either within Sweden or for self-build development in other countries.

By combining the local knowledge and experience gained by operating Arctic Discovery, a fully bonded ATOL registered UK tour operator, specialising in the provision of activity holidays in Swedish Lapland alongside our English owned Swedish company Arctic Discovery AB which operates under Swedish law and benefits from having Swedish banking and legal facilities, we felt extremely well positioned to provide a friendly, efficient and competent service to the public.
